When do I get the product I ordered?

Which cargo company will ship the order?


Our company has contract with UPS company. In addition, due to the security regulations of the military territories, address delivery to these regions is not possible. From time to time there may be delays in deliveries due to slowing or impeding local delivery.


 


Will I pay any fees when I take delivery of the order?

What should I do if the order is faulty or wrong?

My bill was not delivered with my order. What should I do?


All the orders delivered by cargo are delivered to the cargo company by invoice and by invoice. Our official invoices are an integral part of your order. From which cities can I order?


You can order from anywhere in Turkey. We have no restrictions to any location in Turkey. Deliveries of the products can only be done in the regions where the cargo company we are working with is located. Since we can not make deliveries in the regions where the contracted cargo company's branch is not available, it may be necessary for our customers to go to the cargo branch where the package can be delivered and receive the package at the right time.
